OZZO Food & Drinks is the exclusive, trendy hotel bar of Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven. In addition to delicious cocktails, guests can also enjoy delicious fresh sushi, a spicy curry or a tender steak! As a hotel bar employee, you are ready for the guests at OZZO Food & Drinks and make sure that the guests are having the best time. When it is quiet in the hotel bar, you help out in other parts of our F&B department.

A day in the life of a hotel bar employee

You enter and greet your colleagues at the start of your shift, the shift leader on duty will take you through the progress and plans of the evening. Together with the OZZO team, you ensure that you are completely ready and that the evening can start well. You welcome your guests, pick up the orders and make the drinks. When most guests have left, it is time to close the bar and count your register. After a hard evening working, you can enjoy a nice drink with your colleagues if you wish.

In OZZO Food & Drinks you work 'all-round'. You welcome the guests, make drinks, serve the food, process the payment and wish the guests a pleasant evening.
