Warehouse Assistant Internship

This internship is immediately available and also from January/February 2027.

Are you practical, organized, and eager to learn how the logistics behind a large hotel work? During this internship at Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven, you will discover how important a well-organized warehouse is for the smooth running of our daily operations.

You will be part of a dynamic hotel environment where no day is the same. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that all departments have the right materials and supplies. A great opportunity to gain practical experience and further develop yourself!

What you will do:

During your internship, you will get acquainted with various tasks in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory management. This includes:

• Receiving, checking, sorting, and storing incoming goods;

• Collecting and distributing goods to different departments;

• Checking and replenishing stocks in the warehouses and linen room;

• Managing linens and cleaning materials for our housekeeping department;

• Keeping the warehouse and linen room neat, organized, and safe;

• Assisting with orders and processing purchase orders in our ordering system;

• Maintaining contact with colleagues from other departments and suppliers;

• Brainstorming on how to make our logistics processes even smarter and more efficient.

Who you are:

• You are pursuing an MBO education in logistics, facility management, procurement, or a similar field;

• You are motivated, eager to learn, and hands-on;

• You work accurately and appreciate order and structure;

• You are proactive and enjoy learning new things;

• You are flexible and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different departments;

• You have a hospitable and service-oriented attitude.
