Technical Service Employee

Then we are looking for you! Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven is constantly evolving and has ambitious plans for the future. That's why we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic Technical Service Employee who, together with the team, ensures that our hotel is always in top condition.

What can a workday as a technical service employee bring you?

• Solving malfunctions and performing repairs on equipment, installations, facilities, plumbing, lighting, etc.;

• Performing periodic checks and maintenance/cleaning work on equipment and installations;

• As AV Technician / Technical Service Employee at Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven, you are the linchpin in the congress center 040 for the audiovisual equipment and are responsible for properly connecting, operating, maintaining, and repairing it;

• Maintenance of painting and wallpapering;

• Managing and maintaining materials and resources;

• Ensuring safety;

• Addressing problems, handling and resolving guest questions/complaints.

What qualities make us happy?

• You are helpful and motivated, you are hands-on, you love everything related to technical service, and you have two right hands;

• Experience as a technician for electrical and fire alarm systems is a plus;

• A team player, but you can also work well independently;

• Representative, hospitable, and service-oriented;

• Flexible, you do not have a 9-5 mentality and are available full-time (38 hours);

• In possession of a driver's license B and own transport;

• Willing to work on call shifts;

• Additionally, it is handy if you live within a maximum of 25 km from Eindhoven.
