Daily you will have to deal with various aspects of our hotel and there is not a single day the same! You will work in one of our F&B outlets (restaurant Martinus, Live Cooking Restaurant Het Buffet, 040 Congress & Events and OZZO food & drinks). Most important, a dynamic position with a lot of diversity!

What do you do

As a member of our service team you inform and advise your guests on dishes. You aim for results and consider it essential to do your job well. 

You are service-oriented and, therefore, take into account the guests' wishes. You also work meticulously and hygienically. You are resilient and willing to go the extra mile during busy times. As a member of our service team, you carry out tasks as instructed by the supervisor. 

This includes:

• Having perfect preparation skills. You have set the tables with the right tableware, cutlery, and glassware to create a cozy atmosphere. 

• You know exactly which guests have reservations.

• Welcoming our guests with a radiant smile.

• Serving them in a courteous manner.

• Providing all the information about the fantastic dishes on our menu.

• Preparing and serving the tastiest drinks.

• Offering professional and personalized service in the breakfast area, à la carte restaurant, conference, and our banquet rooms.

• Preparing meeting rooms, including setup, technology, and catering.

• Setting up, running, and dismantling events.

• Preparing and assisting with large buffets.

• Working with our POS system

• Listening to our 'guests' wishes because together, we aim to exceed their expectations!
