As a Food & Beverage Shift Leader, no two days are the same. You are the first point of contact for guests and manage your team of service staff. You ensure efficiency and have a strong focus on maintaining high service quality. You will be deployed in one of our F&B outlets: Bistro chez Maman, Live Cooking Restaurant Het Buffet, OZZO food & drinks and 040 Congress & Events. In short: a dynamic position with lots of variety!

What can a working day bring you?

• Welcoming guests and communicating with them to offer them the best service experience;

• You are the first point of contact for guests and employees with questions, comments or complaints, which you respond to in a hospitable manner;

• Coaching, motivating, coordinating and supervising service staff;

• You determine your team's daily schedule, plan breaks, assign table reservations, manage cash register payments and ensure efficient working methods;

• Proactively contributing ideas to improve service.

• Following guidelines regarding safety, health and safety, hygiene and HACCP.

• You organise the back office and make preparations for the next shift and day.

• A completed hospitality education (niv.3 or higher) and/or experience in management
