Are you the experienced F&B Manager we are looking for?

Do you want to be responsible for the guest experience in our restaurants, bar, banqueting, and conference activities together with a team of over 100 colleagues? Then this challenging position at Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven is for you.

What will you do?

As an F&B Manager, you are part of the Management Team and responsible for the daily management of the entire Food & Beverage operation. You oversee our bar, restaurants, and banqueting and conference activities, ensuring quality, service, and profitability. Additionally, you are jointly responsible with the Kitchen Manager for managing the kitchen and procurement policy.

You manage restaurant & banqueting managers, (sous)chefs, shift leaders, and employees, monitor the quality of service and processes, and ensure efficient cooperation between service and kitchen. You are also responsible for staff planning, recruitment & selection, and revenue and cost control. During major congresses and events, you are the operational contact person.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring F&B Manager. A true people manager who can motivate and lead a large team with natural flair and persuasiveness. You combine hospitality with strong operational leadership: you are visible on the floor, know what is going on, and ensure smooth operations.

You have extensive experience in a large, dynamic organization and are accustomed to working with complex schedules and diverse teams. Planning, organizing, and prioritizing are in your genes; you keep an overview, even when it gets busy.

Flexibility and a hands-on mentality are natural to you. You have a passion for Food & Beverage and know how to maintain quality and experience at a high level.

What do we expect at Van der Valk?

· HBO level of education (Hotel Management School is a plus);

· Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a similar organization;

· Experience in managing large teams;

· Strong organizational and communication skills;

· Creative, innovative, and up-to-date with new F&B trends;

· Knowledge of HACCP guidelines;

· Excellent command of Dutch and English;

· A proactive, flexible, and hands-on attitude.
