Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven is looking for an enthusiastic member of staff for our hotel bar: OZZO Food & Drinks. In this role, you will work two evenings at the weekend and, together with the team, create a welcoming and convivial atmosphere.

OZZO Food & Drinks is the exclusive, trendy hotel bar at Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven. As well as delicious cocktails, guests can also enjoy delicious fresh sushi, a spicy curry or a tender steak here! As a hotel bar staff member, you’ll be on hand to serve guests at OZZO Food & Drinks and ensure they have everything they need. When it’s quiet in the hotel bar, you’ll lend a hand in other parts of our F&B department.

A day in the life of a hotel bar staff member

You arrive and greet your colleagues at the start of your shift; the shift leader on duty briefs you on the evening’s schedule and plans. Together with that evening’s team, you ensure everything is ready so the evening can get off to a good start. You welcome your guests, take their orders and prepare the drinks yourself. Once most of the guests have left, it’s time to close the bar and count your till. After a hard night’s work, you can enjoy a nice nightcap with your colleagues if you like; the day has flown by.

At OZZO Food & Drinks, you’ll be an ‘all-rounder’. You’ll serve guests, make drinks yourself, serve the food, process payments and wish the guests a pleasant evening.
